even if you movements as a matter of urgency this may the factor affecting your health or body negatively because the fighting arts have been developed by strong experts masters to be performed in certain areas on the body of the enemy,

So if martial arts trainings and practices hastily trained or trained by the error, or you want to implement and you are still unable to implement or dose not master the techniques yet ,
